Accounting services

We provide accounting services to representative offices of foreign companies, small businesses, and individual entrepreneurs. The client himself chooses the scope of the services provided. This may mean full accounting services, including preparation of source documents, managing the client's bank accounts, and preparing and submitting reports and declarations to all the appropriate agencies; or, it may simply mean presenting business transactions in an accounting database based on source documents submitted to us by the client. As a rule, we perform accounting based on the laws and standards of the Russian Federation, but for some clients we also provide accounting according to the standards of the client company's country of origin. We provide general audit services to small and medium-sized businesses and representative offices of foreign companies. We perform audits in accordance with Russian legislation and audit standards. In addition, as a corporate member of self-regulating organization “Guild of Auditors of the Institute of Professional Accountants of Russia”, we follow the standards of this organization and are subject to oversight by the Guild. Our team includes two professional appraisers with over 10 years of experience in appraising, with extensive experience in appraising the market value of real estate, equipment, shares and other kinds of property. Our appraisers are members of the self-regulatory appraisers' organization “Russian Society of Appraisers”.
